Managing staff

In tournaments with many tables you can't do everything yourself. Poker Manager provides dedicated staff accounts, designed for the people working the floor: floormen, dealer coordinators, the cashier.

What staff can do

Staff members access a dedicated area limited to live operations:

  • record registrations, re-buys, add-ons and re-entries;
  • log eliminations in order;
  • manage tables: seating, chip counts, table closing with player redistribution.

What staff cannot do

The staff account has no access to:

  • tournament and blind structure configuration;
  • organization settings;
  • subscription and billing.

This way you can give access to collaborators and seasonal workers without exposing the club's configuration.

Creating a staff account

From the administration panel, staff section, you create the account with email and password. Credentials are valid only for your organization: each club has its own users, separate from everyone else's.

Working the floor

During the tournament, staff typically work from a tablet or smartphone: the live interface is optimized for quick operations. Changes made by staff (an elimination, a re-buy) are reflected in real time on the administrator's panel and on the venue monitor.
