A separate database for every organization
Poker Manager is multi-tenant with real isolation: every organization gets its own dedicated database, not just a column in a shared archive. Your club's data never lives alongside other customers' data, and an error or anomaly in another organization can never touch yours.
Daily backups
Every database is automatically backed up every day. If something goes wrong we can restore your organization's data without touching any other customer.
Always-encrypted connections
All traffic between your browser, the monitor in your venue and our servers travels over HTTPS/TLS. The public display monitor is also protected by a secret token: without the exact link, nobody can see it.
Payments handled by Stripe
Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified world leader. Your card data never passes through and is never stored on our servers.
Role-separated access
Administrators, floor staff and players have separate areas and permissions. Staff operate with a dedicated login limited to live management features, with no access to configuration or billing.
GDPR & privacy
Personal data processing is GDPR compliant. Privacy and cookie policies are always available and up to date; on request we export or delete your organization's data.
