Yes. The monitor is a web page optimized for TV screens. Just connect any device (PC, tablet, TV stick) to the TV via HDMI and open the link in a browser. No installation required.

It depends on the plan. The Base plan supports 2 active tournaments at a time. From the Pro plan onwards, simultaneous tournaments are unlimited.

Yes, a card is required to start the trial but nothing is charged until the 15 days expire. You can cancel at any time before expiry at no cost.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your organization panel. The price difference is calculated pro-rata on remaining days of the current period.

Panel access is suspended but your data remains preserved. You can reactivate the subscription at any time without losing tournaments, players or rankings.

Yes. Payments are processed via Stripe, which issues automatic receipts. For a VAT invoice contact us after payment with your tax details.

Yes. Choosing 12-month duration gives you a significant discount compared to monthly billing. Details are visible on the pricing page with the duration toggle.

Yes. Each organization has its own isolated database. Your players, tournaments and rankings are never accessible by other organizations on the platform.

Data is hosted on European servers. It is never transferred outside the European Union.

Export functionality (CSV/PDF) is in development. In the meantime you can contact us to request a manual export of your data.

In case of permanent cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days of the request. You can request an export before cancellation.

The timer keeps running: the countdown runs on the device showing the monitor, so it does not stop if the network drops. When the connection is back, the state resyncs automatically. Even a modest connection is sufficient (4G works).

The Base plan includes 2 screens. From the Pro plan onwards screens are unlimited — you can project the same tournament on multiple TVs in the room simultaneously.

Yes, available on the Club plan. Your public site will be reachable at your preferred address. Contact us for configuration.

There is no native app, but the panel is usable from a tablet during live play. We are working on a mobile-optimized UI for live operations (register elimination, register re-buy).
